About Me​

Hello, I’m Giselle Machado, a huge sports fan! Since I was 18 years old I have participated in bodybuilding competitions, and since I was a child I have been an athlete, I participated in football, basketball, skateboarding, running and other sports. Doing physical activity is something that gives me life and joy in living.

I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration and worked in the field for 4 years, but my love for sport took over and I decided to completely change my life to continue pursuing my dreams as an athlete. There were phases in which I fought hard to maintain my competitions, in addition to sponsors, I put my college project into practice by selling fitness foods in my city (Rio do Sul- SC) door to door, pancakes and healthy cupcakes. I tell this story with great pride because each step of this journey was important in building my character and values ​​in relation to everything I achieved.

I started competing as an athlete in the Bikini fitness category where I dedicated myself for 3 years until reaching the Arnold Classic stage where I realized that my level of muscular maturity was more conducive to the Wellness category and I would be able to lead a healthier life and, above all, respect my genetics. . I am the daughter of a mulatto with an Italian mother, I have had good buttocks genetics since I was a child, which motivated me to change classes.

I sought to make my work more professional through my second training as a bachelor in physical education, a course that I am completing, and my postgraduate degree in bodybuilding and coaching, which covers all the themes that I use in my daily life.

I seek to bring much more than just a training and nutrition project to my clients, those who come to me generally need to change much more than just their body. I work with changes in mind, spirit and habits to extract the best version of each person.

Just believe and do 100% every day, I share my knowledge and life experience to motivate and inspire my students.

I love my work because through it many lives have already been transformed and many of my students don’t give up being by my side. This is very rewarding!
